Student Records
Academic and biographical records are maintained and stored in the records area of the Office of the University Registrar for currently enrolled as well as former students. Changes in biographical information and transcript requests must be documented properly for historical purposes and require student signatures. Forms for making biographical/data changes as well as transcript requests are available via the Registrar Forms link. Please read carefully any policies and procedures prior to submitting requests.
